Question about Fuji FinePix F410 Digital Camera
Hello, I have a Fuji FinePix F410 and have taken over 9300 photos so far without any problem. Now unfortunately the screen goes purple white and black when trying to take a photo or shoot film and when taking a photo the image saved is white/blank. I can however see the menu perfectly clear as with the start up screen. I can also still playback photos from my XD card normally. Thanks for any of your help on this matter.
This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Fuji should fix this for you for free. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following two links for more info:

This appears to be the capture device at fault[CCD]
There has been a recall for certain models because of a faulty batch of the devices
