Check cable from the phone jack both ends and see if its plugged in. Also, check power cord if plugged in to the power source.

What is the problem when the display doesnt work?

if the display is out and the machine doesn't turn on at all, the 12v transformer in the right side panel is bad and needs replacing. if the solenoids click when it's plugged in and the display is out, it's just the display board that needs replacing

Unable to get an outside line / dial tone from my phone (KX-T7735-B) originally erroneously reported as a KX-T7335

If this is VOIP then the problem is with Comcast. The settings need to be set to recognize a two line phone. The long way around this is to find out the equipment they are using for switching from a digital to an analog signal and call the manufacturer for help.

I have the Panasonic KX-T7633 and the LCD display is blank, not sure what I did. I have unplugged and plugged back in but still no display

The phone works on the outer pins of a 4 conductor base cord. Check the cord to make sure it has 4 pins and then move it to a location that works. Also, make sure you're plugged into the right hole on the base of the phone...there are 2.

Does the panasonic KX-T7730 have a phone book

Not exactly. A 7735/36 phone can display the numbers and names in a system, personal or speed dial directory, if you plug it into a TAW-848 or higher system. These phones have 3 lines of display.

The numbers and names are in the TA series, you just can't display them.

My KX-T7730 can't display, no tone.

KX-T7730 Phone must be connected with a 4wire line cord. you may be tested it with a 2 wire line connector.because other normal phones only needed 2wire line cords.Just connect a new 4w cord to under socket located to main unit & other end connect directly to the tel;system & see is the phone confirmed OK.
& let me know .Good luck.
