what kind of phone is it? Cell phone? Android or iPhone? What network WiFi are you trying to connect to? If iPhone you need to put your phone in recovery mode, and reset it using iTunes. Well, friend! I am afriad that you can not recover data from the phone when it turns off. if your phone suffer from a water damage, you can try to put the phone into popcorn with a plastic pocket, and wait for the phone dry totally, then you can try to turn on the phone.

recycle it , samsung has cheated us all . I met the f***ing Area manager and smashed the phone on his table. Got the whole video recorded by a free lance journalist and send it across to all the samsung outlets . After that incident samsung decided to pull off this model . What are you still doing with the moblie , go and get it replaced .SAmsung withdrew this model even from its website support.

There are a few common causes of this problem.

1. Bad cabling, try a new cable and see if it shows up.
2. Bad drivers on your PC, try the device on a different PC, if it shows up, report back and we'll diagnose the PC. If it doesn't move on to # 3
3. Failed USB circuitry within the enclosure, buy a new enclosure, move the drive into the new enclosure and try again.
4. Failed drive within the enclosure. In this case you will need to either send it to a pro or work through several Do It Yourself methods to attempt a recovery.
