You can check temps in your BIOS. That'll tell you if it's an overheating issue.

If temps are normal, suspect a problem PSU or even other hardware. My first guess would be overheating though.
You can check for shorts on the board or bad capacitors. But these are pretty classic symptoms of an electrical or overheating problem. Your temperatures aren't indicating overheating, so there's something funky with the electrical/power system.

The fact that it shuts down with a higher performance mode to me would indicate faulty power.

It sort of seems to me that either you have two bad PSUs (unlikely but entirely possible) or you have a motherboard problem. Replacing a power supply is both cheaper and easier than replacing a motherboard. Now, if you get a third PSU and you're still having the same problems it might be time to look at the motherboard and it's components.

and also Swap the power supply for something like this one: - SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

/or/ - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

This is a typical symptom of a failing power supply. Replace your power supply and see if the problem still persists.

My computer keeps shuting off.

the shutting down problem can be caused by:
  1. dirty processor radiator

Sounds like you might need to upgrade your power supply, If it physically shuts off then it's probably the power supply's thermal sensor being triggered. place another fan on the power supply form the inside and check to see if it makes a difference. Also make sure your running at least a 400 watt PSU if not higher.

My pressure washer runs for a good ten minutes, then it shuts itself down. I thought it might of been the ignition coil, which i just replaced and the problem is still the same. Any ideas why this is...

Two reasons why. Oil level is very low and needs changing, when oil level is low, a sensor protects the engine from running dry. Or you are using your blaster in an area that is hot and the thermal protection is shuting the engine off. Also check for any obstruction on your fuel supply a slow fuel flow will let the engine run until the carb bowl runs out and while you are trying to restart it fills back up dirty fuel filter can cause this.Ok! three reasons.

Pulsating hard drive on startup and off

To eliminate a software problem, I installed another hard drive with the same operating system, and the problem still existed.
I also flashed the BIOS with no results.

The most logical conclusion is that the problem lays with power supply.
A new power supply was ordered today.
