If all else fails cancel your account and start fresh from a non spam filtered computer such as at home... If you've forgotten your password, facebook support can help you out there... best of success

Dd you try to unscrew the larger lint trap underneath the lint cup collector. My serivce person showed me how to do this and after a year I cleaned it out and was surprised how much lint was caught in there. My dryer was not heating and drying quickly, this helped the problem.
The screws are a #20 torx bit. Once you take those out, remove the panel. Behind it is a white plastic pump. I usually remove the torx screw in it too so it can come out further and I can get a bucket under it. As you unscrew the front of it counter clock wise, drain out the water SLOWLY. Then clean debris from the trap.
