How do you chage a cartridge if its not working - but the printer does not display any errors - is there a way to force the printer to present a particular colour cartridge and let you change it?

Hi,
On the left hand side of the cartridge door, there is an actuator that disconnects the carousel latch, allowing you to manually turn it. You should then be able to remove the incorrect cartridge.
Hope this helps

I bought a cartridg for Epsom Picture Mate 100 and it is always giving me E73 erroe. Is there a solution

Some printer cartridges have a built-in chip and the printer won't work with after market printer cartridges. This forces you to use genuine Epsom printer cartridges.

Changing a cartridge C1100

On the LCD display choose the 'Reset Menu' Then within that menu keep going through the options till you get to 'Change Toner M' (if it is Magenta). Once you select the appropriate Toner it will rotate to offer the correct toner. Open up the front cover, reach inside and change the position of the coloured part of the cartridge on the right to the Unlock symbol and then ease the cartridge out. It comes out at a slight angle as the part you move to unlock it comes out first. Put the new toner in and turn the coloured part to the locked symbol.
Please take a moment to rate this solution, thanks.

Epson Aculaser C1100 erro message install C tnrcart

You need to remove the cyan cartridge, and thoroughly clean the inside of the printer (please use proper printer cleaning kit, not a damp cloth!). The sensors can get crudded up with loose toner inside the machine.

Error message - no ink

Hi Maria,

Try removing all of the ink cartridges again. Open the cover and remove all of the inks. Close the cover and turn the printer off. Leave it off for about 30 to 45 secs. Turn it back on. Install again the ink cartridges. Check if it will charge after closing the cover.

If it still says that ink need replacement, check your lcd panel. Usually it will tell you what ink cartridge needs replacement. This might be a faulty ink cartridge.

Changing cartridge

change a cartridge? the printer will tell you which one needs replacing. It will present it at the front behind the hatch. The coloured bit, on the right is a lever / lock. Stick your thumb under the bottom and lift it up. It's quite stiff.

Pull cartridge out by this up turned lock. i.e. lead the cartridge out right side first.

replace cartridge by pushing the left hands side a little ahead of the right.

Yes, they do make this model, I'm using one now. I had the same problem

The solution for me was to clean inside of printer thoroughly, with the C (or whatever) cartridge removed. The sensors get dirty.
