Dear Catarina_a_m,
The basic information that we need to know in case to assist you further is if the keyboard and mice are wireless, PS2 or USB..
If they are wireless then check for the batteries and try reconnecting them to the receiver and make sure that the computer recognizes the receiver.
If its USB then try unplugging and replugging the keyboard and mice one at a time.
If its PS2 then let us know if it works during the windows boot process..
For detailed instructions let us know if they are wireless/usb/ps2 ..
