Question about Heating & Cooling
If this is auto AC it is miss catigorized.
However if you mean it cuts on and off and dosent cool its most likely low on charge if it is auto AC. ON auto AC; A pressure switch cuts the compressor on and off. When the system is low on refrigerant the pressure pulls down quickly and then cuts off until the pressure rebuilds and then cuts back on, however there is not enough refrigerant in the system to do the refrigeration process and the compressor wont stay on long enough to do the work either.
