Itried formatting my new mp4 player but system showed disk canot be formatted and now im unable to use ma player ...now its not working and it shows "warning ...flash error to format..."
You should reinstall the firmware in the mp3 player
to do that you can go on the mp3 manufacture's website click on support and look for the appropriate firmware that fit your model number
once it's download
plug your mp3 to your pc and then run the firmware updater
you should be able to use your mp3

File system error can appear due to unplugging the MP3 player without disconnecting it. It may have happened due to formatting it with a different file format or due to memory issue with the player. Please reformat your MP3/MP4 player. Connect it to the computer, go to My computer-> right click on the mp3/mp4 player after it is displayed-> select format-> Format it as FAT32 File system. Formatting the MP3/MP4 player will delete all the songs/data from the player. So, backup all data before formatting it. Hope this helps...
