My DVD RW (came with computer) just broke. How do I remove it so I can replace it.
Removal of the case will give you access to the drive mounting area. As a general procedure, disconnect the cables, remove the attaching hardware and remove the drive. Be sure to save the removed hardware for installation of the replacement drive
