Okay, its been my M4002 can't be connected to by me Vista. It worked a day ago, but today, I can't seem to connect to it, when I plug in my USB cable, it takes a few seconds, then my C:\OPAL appears, but when I try to access the Internal Storage, it loads, and never enters it, or at least, nothing appears. Likewise with my Yahoo! Music Jukebox. When I plug in my M4002, when I try to transfer songs to it, it says "No Devices Connected".
This started after I put in a few pictures for the first time. I placed in, 30 MB of pictures or so, took out the M4002 plug, and now when I try it, I get the problem I have presented.
People, i dont see the fuckin word internal storage anywhere!!!!! i have been working on this for 3 weeks and im pissed. i going to alabama state tommmorow and i have noithingnto listen to. i just wanna kill myself.

Hi, I had something like that with my Belkin Router N+N with USB F6D6230-4 V1, only I had a configuration wit a wired XP pc, Wireless XP and Wireless Vista. With both XP pc’s it was really plug and play, but with the Vista pc I had some problems to access the on the router connected USB drive. The Vista pc was connected to the network, and had Inet access. Other shared (network) drives were accessible on the Vista pc. The first thing I tried was if I could access the drive trough its IP address, (\\routerIP in my case \\192.168.2.1), and I did get a question for a username and password. The only thing is that I tried all the regular names like Admin, Administrator, and so on, with my password but I did not get access. On the internet there was no help to find for this model router on the Belkin websites (diverent country’s), the data on the Belkin websites is out of date, there is no support to find for new models. ………. So finely I did took the phone and did call the support desk… Solution to my problem: The problem seems to be in the Belkin storage manager program, that program works not correct under Vista. When I enter the routers IP and use the username “guest” without a password, it get access to it from my Vista pc. The follow thing I did was press the right mouse button on the drive, and press on “make connection”So.. \\RouterIP Username : guest Password : none Hope, that this is also the solution to your problem. I have the same drive. It works great with windows XP but with
Windows vista has difficulty seeing this type of drive and keeping the
connection once it is established. Take it back if you have
windows vista and then search for which 1TB drives work well with
windows vista. It really has problems with windows vista
64bit. I was able to finally see the drive when I was using
photoshop file/browse/network... then I dragged the shortcut Icon to my
desktop and access the drive that way from that point on. Mine
stopped completely tonight... I think the power cord went bad or
If you are saving the photos onto the internal memory (not a MicroSD), then you'll need to access it through the "Contents" tool in the PC Suite.
If this is not working, in Phone Settings, go to Connectivity and then USB Connection Mode. Make sure "Data service" is selected.
However, if you have saved the photos onto a memory card, select "Mass Storage" in the settings above. After you connect your phone, it should appear as an external drive (like a USB), which you can directly access.
I reinstalled the software, unplugged all the connections, unplugged the power, reconnected everything, rebooted the system and everything works like a charm again. Didn't take more than about 5 minutes.
Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
