Make an online payment arrangement. You can verify your account using your My Verizon User ID & Password or another method to verify your account. Sign into My Verizon and select Bill & Payment in the left column. You can make a one-time payment with your checking or savings account, debit, credit or ATM card.
You would be better off putting your bank card on.
A Visa card will cost you for every transaction where as a bank card will not its a direct debit from your Bank Account.
You should contact the Visa Card Bank and find out any costs of transactions first.
Have the credit card you want to add to your PayPal account readily available.
You can also add any debit card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it.
Log in to your PayPal account using your email address and password.
This will bring you to the "My Account Overview" page.
Click the "Edit Profile" link, located next to your name and email address under the page title. This will bring you to the "Profile Summary" page.
Look at the three columns on the summary page and find the hyperlink that says "Credit/Debit Cards" in the "Financial Information" column.
Click on that link.
You will be brought to a page that shows you a summary of the credit and debit cards you have associated with your PayPal account.
Remove any credit or debit cards that you no longer wish to have attached to your account by clicking on the circle next to the description of the card and then hitting the remove button.
Find the "Add New Card" icon, located near your credit or debit card information. Click the button and fill in all the requested information, making sure that the billing information is correct.
If the billing information is different than that of the cards you already have on your PayPal account, be certain to use the "Enter New Address as Billing Address" button.
Hit the "Add Card" button.
You will be redirected to the "Credit/Debit Cards" page, at which time you can make the new card your primary source of funding or just leave it as a secondary card.
If you mean pay your bills using PayPal, you need the PayPal debit card that is issued to holders of premier, business and student accounts. If you mean pay a balance owed to PayPal, you have 3 choices: 1. Link your bank account to your PayPal account. 2. Use a debit/credit card. 3. Sell enough on eBay to pay it off.
Credit cards work on "credit" meaning that the card company trusts that you are good for the money and you pay a bill at the end of the month. Debt cards are similar to credit cards in the way that you can pay for things without cash. However, when a charge goes through on a debit card it is taken immediately and directly out of your bank account. Many people prefer this method because it prevents you from going into credit card debt.
Im not sure which country you live and the banking system regulations you might be better of paying bills through a direct debit to avoid cash price penalties which banks charge for credit card payments but to answer your question you should be able to pay bills by your credit card as long as you have a good credit rating (you might not need a rating at all) hope this helps
If you have used your credit card to purchase from Ebay, then that is the account you want to check. Or you have registered a credit or debit card on your Paypal account. Anyhow, you can confirm it from the paypal page.
PayPal probably has an answer to this but in my case, I do not have and never have had a credit card, only debit.
PayPal bills my bank account directly and states that if the draft is refused they will bill my Mastercard.
This is pretty funny since if my account is too low, the debit card won't work either!
