Why can't the screw be tightened?

First of all, the blade has to be seated correctly on the spindle and the screw hand tightened to hold it in place. Next, a locking device such as a screwdriver has to be inserted crosswise between two teeth to prevent the blade from rotating. With the blade locked, the screw can be tightened. Finally, be sure to remove the locking device before operating the saw.

Inserting the blade on the Proxxon DS/230E I can't get the top of the blade to tighten no matter what I do. I have bent or broken six blades (so far). I can get the blade in the base, tighten the screw,...

If you haven't watched this video, you may want to check it out, just to make sure that you are following the procedure. From what you have said, you are doing it correctly, but perhaps by watching it, you may catch something that we are missing.

Is it possible that the 3 position head is in the wrong position? I am sorry, but I have never used this peticular scroll saw. Please let me know if you still have a problem with it.

Replacing trimmer line with blade for stihl fs 90r trimmer

If you bought the trimmer new there should be a rod about 6" long and 1/8" thick. Above the trimmer head below the trimmer gearbox there is a hole. You have to put the rod in that hole and turn the head until that locks it from turning.

From there you can screw the trimmer head off by hand, or a strap wrench if it's really tight. It may be left hand threads.

The blade lock is not locking . When you put pressure on the blades they pop off

Most makes of clipper including Oster, Andis, Wahl have a latch which is depressed to release the blades. The latch is commonly situated under the hinge assembly and holds the blade with a simple hook at the tip which catches on the blades.
If the blades will pull off without depressing the latch, chances are the tip has broken off and will require replacement.
Undo the two screws securing the hinge into place and remove both parts, when fitting the new latch make sure the spring ends of the hinge locate through the holes on either side of the latch.

Reciprocating saw-snapped blade-cannot be removed

What I would try is to spray some WD40 on the pin first and then see if you can find a small screwdriver or punch and try pushing the pin in further to release the broken blade. It doesn't sound as though it is anything major, maybe a burr on the side of the pin or possibly rust or debris. DON"T hit the pin because you might damage it or push it in and never get it back out. Looked at a diagram and it appears that they used roll pins to hold the clamp in place so it might be that one is cracked or mushroomed and you might have to drive them out. I suggest that you go to and type in your model number to look at the same diagram.

My printer prints dust particles with the print ducument

Before your printer prints a page a small blade runs across the toner drum to clean it before the next page is printed. If the blade is broken or not functioning then you will get some toner particles on your paper. So you need to get it repaired at the local computer and repair shop. Remember it's just the blade so if they try and add some other stuff tell them no, just fix the blade...Good Luck and let me know if you have any questions.
