WLAN indicator won't stop blinking when router is reset

DI-524 router inherited. Have pressed reset button at back of router several times for 10-secs each, waited 2 hours, and WLAN indicator is still blinking. I have limited computer network knowledge, and need help!

i think blinking indicator is not the reason but if the indicator are not blinking that would be problem.. you are getting a internet provider, right! contact your internet provider for this problem because maybe its not your router in the problem or maybe them...
