Question about HTC G1 Smartphone
As of yet the T-Mobile G1 doesn't support file transfer via bluetooth. So your phone isn't faulty, it just isn't capable of it! Google say they may be releasing bluetooth file transfer support in a later update though.

Yes there is one solution . Just go to market and download search for Androbex and download it you will be able to send files ..
