Try this site, scroll down and see if these match what you need. Your model appears to be a coin op, I was thinking it was a residential version.

I need to find a replacement element for the fan oven which appears to be obsolete. Will anyone supply an alternative to gaggenau?

There are lots of on line vendors for parts to obsolete appliances. If you post the part # or the model # for the oven we may be able to help. Otherwise you can check eBay.

Looking for a heater / a/c climate controle switch for a 89 ford tempo, all local stores wont carry and when im online it says the part never existed, so i guess i need the actual name and ford pa

Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and go to the Dealer. The Dealer has a book called an OSI book. Obsolete, Superceded, and Interchange are the way it is organized.

For used parts try For a better understanding of Ford parts-they carry 2 types of part numbers. There is a Service number and an Engineering number.

The Service number is the over-the counter part number. The part numbers have a middle BASE number and the numbers and letters before the BASE number are Prefixes. The Prefix tells the Year and Model of vehicle. If a part is a D8AZ it is for a 1978 full size Ford, a D9 is for a 1979 full size. A D8MY is for a full size Mercury, D8LY is for a Lincoln.

These first numbers can be important, but if they interchange there are 2 things to know. A Ford part is usually cheaper than a Lincoln part and you can't go by the Prefix. That is why the BASE number is referenced. This is not to say the Suffix is not important, as the suffix can notate Engineering changes when looking at an Engineering number.

For instance, The first run part has an "A" Engineering suffix. Improvements could end with "B" or "AA". Perhaps the "A" suffix fits only the Mercury, but a modified "B" or "AA" could fit both Mercury and Ford sister cars.

This is why you need to know what each part of the Engineering number means.or have the Service number. Ford usually stamps or labels, or moulds only the engineering number on components.

Cant find a power sterring pump for my ford mondeo mk4,tried all garages and overseas. Can anyone help me b4 the old pump breaks down.

Hello, For Salvage parts, try They are net linked to Salvage yards across the US. The site will provide listings and prices as well as all contact info. They ship as well.

Next, and for some price breaks on Dealer parts.

The Ford and Mercury dealers use a book called an OSI reference. What is does is give Obsolete,Superceded, and Interchangeable part numbers to solve hard to find parts problems. You need an experienced parts guy to look it up.

Once you locate a good part number, you can enter the part # on a plain Web search. I hope my solution helps you.

On a 1991 mustang gt there is a small device located under the steering column it works in conjunction with the ignition switch. It has contacts and two springs? it has fallen apart and now thw car wont...

its been five minutes, no one has answered you yet, so I am going to step in for a suggestion... call your local ford dealer parts department -- better yet, if you can bring the part down there. They might not be able to get the parts there, but they can pull up schemata and print it and you can grab the part number..
with known part number: 800-543-4959
with unknown part number - 513-731-3304
Best regards

I have a 98 GMC JIMMY. Remotes and Dome Lights stopped working. Car would start then immediately die. Took it to the dealer and they stated it was the Body Control Modual (BMC). Picked up the vehicle...

Keyless Entry System Circuit Description
The Power Door Locks/Remote Keyless Entry control system provides several functions. The driver operates the vehicle door locks and rear window release from outside the vehicle using a hand-held radio transmitter. The transmitter sends coded signals to the remote control door lock receiver. The remote control door lock receiver detects and decodes the signal from the transmitter. The remote control door lock receiver issues signals to the body control module (BCM) through a serial data link. The BCM actuates relays to lock and unlock the doors and liftgate. The BCM can also release the liftglass. The power door lock switches provide manual control of the door locks.

Transmitter Programming
Important: Different keyless entry systems are used on General Motors vehicles. The parts are not interchangeable even though the parts may appear to be similar. Observe the back of the transmitter in order to properly identify the system. On 1998 S/T pickups and utilities, use a transmitter identified with GM/UTA preceding the part number.
With the driver door closed, hold down the power unlock button on the door panel.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Release the power unlock button on the door panel.
The remote control door lock receiver will respond in the following manner in order to indicate that the receiver is in the programming mode:
6.1. Locking the doors
6.2. Unlocking the doors
Important: All extra transmitters must be programmed at this time. When a new transmitter is programmed, it will deactivate the old transmitters.
Hold down the lock and unlock buttons on the transmitter until the remote control door lock receiver will respond in the following manner:
7.1. Locking the doors.
7.2. Unlocking the doors.
Repeat step 7 for each additional transmitter.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON position in order to exit the transmitter programming mode.

Same problem...

What you might want to try is go to the dealers parts department. Ask about the part number your mom bought. See if the number is the same as the 2009. Now part of the number series may indicate 06,07,08, and so on but a book called the "OSI" (means obsolete, supercede, interchange) would list replacements.
If you get good information it would be hard to deny your mom a reimbursement. Especially if the part she paid for is the free replacement on 2009"s.
