easy and not so easy the part you need is the clock spring underneath you steering wheel.to replace it is the not so easy part,you will need a steering wheel puller and some tools.its doable.purchase new one so you will know what you are looking for.

You can knock the broken studs out with a point chisel (wear safety glasses). Take the pieces and nut to an auto parts store in order to get the same nut size (don't want to use two tire tools/wrenches).

You'll need the model number and serial number. I found ours on a sticker under the footrest. For our stroller it's $19 plus shipping for the front wheel assembly.
