Please help me to repair me device.

My MP3 player does not work at all after it was accidently formatted in the windows.

Are you sure that you format your mp3 player by using its own utility program because this might be the reason if you format it in My Computer.. please tell us... more...

The media converter does not reconize my gogear vibe 4 gb

Ok, in this case you can format the player. Contents may be removed by using this function. So make sure to back up your contents. Here is how to format:

Connect your player to PC. On your computer desktop, double-click "My computer". Double-click on the MP3 player's icon. Right-click on the Internal Storage icon and then select "Format".

If that doesn't work, repair it with Songbird or Device manager. Whichever application your player uses.

For Songbird:
Launch Songbird and then connect your player to your computer. Select "Repair my Philips GoGear" under the "Tools" menu. Follow the instructions given by the pop-up windows to perform the repair process.

For Device manager:
Launch Device Manager and click the Tool menu and select "Repair my Philips GoGear", then follow the instructions to perform the repair process.

You player should work correctly now. Hope this helps.

Mp3 player is reading "No Files". I left my mp3 player connected to my PC and accidently turned off the PC, when I returned all of my files were removed. But when I try to download the old music it won't...

SOLUTION 1 – Reset the device
  1. Press the Power button and hold it for approximately 10 seconds.
  2. Release the Power button once the device is powered down.
  3. Turn the device back on.
SOLUTION 2 – If the problem was not resolved, download and Install the Sansa Firmware Updater.

SOLUTION 3 – If the problem was not resolved, format the device
WARNING: Formatting will DELETE all content in the player. Please backup all your data.
Please use Windows Explorer or Windows Media Player to format your device.
