Change printer preferences

Assuming you are using Windows of some description, you set and change printer preferences in the Printers and faxes folder of the Control Panel. I.E click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Printers and Faxes.
Locate the icon for your printer and double click it.
At the top left of the window is the word PRINTER click on it.
From the drop down menu click on Printer Preferences. Make what ever changes you need and when complete click Apply or OK to set those preferences. Close down all open windows and job done.

Finance Charges not being charged evenly to all customers?

You need to set your terms and how you want to bill finance charges in preferences for this feature to work properly. To do this, open QuickBooks and then go to "edit' at the top left side of the page. Then go to the bottom where it says "preferences". When you open preferences go to where it says "finance charges" on the left and click on it. This will open two tabs. One that says "my preferences" and another that says "company preferences". Choose "Company preferences" and you will find options to set up your finance charges and how you want to bill them. Change it to what you want it to be and then choose "OK' and close the windown. The software will set up your finances charges and all Customers will be billed and charged the safe way for them.

You mean your printer prints from last page to first page, right?

Check your printer settings/preferences and change the page print order settings.
You can change the printer preferences from most Windows applications (click File/Print ..., select you printer, then click on Preferences).
You can also change the settings from Control Panel/Printers or else click Start/Settings/Printers, then select your printer icon and right click on it, then click on Properties and, under the 'General' tab click the printing preferences.
