Question about ASUS Computers & Internet
This would imply a Linux distro.. What are you attempting to do, exactly? The error occurs when you install Linux and then it is removed;(sometimes incompletely other time when you remove the partition from the Windows Disk Manager). If you want to retain Linux, just put the disk/flash drive for it back in and finish the installation or boot to the recovery. If you only want a Windows system, follow the steps:

SOURCE: webcam driver
Some times BIOS disable webcam after updating it.
To enable it do the followings:
1. Restart your Eee PC.
2. Press F2 while booting (to enter BIOS sittings)
3. Go to "advanced" tab (by pressing right arrow)
4. Select "Onboard Device Configuration" (by pressing down arrow)
5. From there you can find if "Onboard Camera" is enabled or not.
6. If not, just press enter to pick "Enabled"
I hope that would help :-)

its all technician consultation and for me remove the CR2032 battery inside the laptop to reset the biois inside... or press F8 to go safe mode and remove the previous password to enter at administrator...

You can use a tool for resetting the administrator password. One tool for this purpose can be located here. Since your laptop has no cd/dvd rom you can use either an external one to boot from (using the cd you created at the previous step) or use this portable tool in order to extract the iso file and create a bootable USB stick (read the readme file at the iso file for details). There is also another one solution using a windows xp setup cd but it's more risky, so I suggest you to try with the steps I told you before.
