Hi, try cleaning the printer head via your pc ( use printer manual for maintenance). The other problem could be that the ink is running low. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Prints every few lines- skips

Inspect the ink cartridge parking zone. If there is a heavy build-up of ink, there's probably a fair amount of ink crusted on the cartridge heads. The bad part is if you remove the cartridges on this model for manual cleaning, the printer may not let you use them again (it will claim the cartridges are empty), so you may want to try cleaning them without removing from the printer.

For this operation, first get the cartridges into the center and pull the plug on the printer so it won't try to put them away while you are working on them. I haven't tried this scheme on a printer yet, but it's worked in other tight spaces: dampen a paper towel with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol). Wrap it once around the end of a strip of poster board the width of the cartridge and long enough for convenient handling, and hold it with just enough tension the paper towel to keep it in place. Slide this under the ink heads and gently wipe them with the paper towel. Flip the cleaning tool over and repeat with this side. Replace the strip of paper towel and repeat as necessary. And while you are at it, gently wipe out the head parking zone so it doesn't re-contaminate the heads.

Of course, it is possible you really are out of ink - sometimes ink feed to the heads gets erratic when the level is very low.

SOURCE: When printing, it doesn't print the full

it could be the coagulation of ink in between the cartridge better dip it in mild hot water for some times and replace it wiping the water . it would do the trick and solve your problem . it has been practically tested.

If this solution helpful/useful for you please rate my solution.THANKS FOR USING FIXYA.

Faint line when printing a letter

hi this may be the toner roller or supply drum for the toner cartridge . if it scratched or worn it leaves marks on the drum or the roller, which in turn fills with toner and leaves an imprint on the page, you can check these , just remove the toner cartridge and look at the green roller and also look at the black roller, it might be a simple case of changing it or cleaning it....hope this helps

Dear sir; this is a very comon problem, most people don't know how to take care of, now power on, open the cover until cartridge move and stopin the middle, then UN-PLUG (not turn off) the power cord, let the cartridge stay in the middle, now push cartridge all the way to the end opposite of cartridge seat, use Q-tip with water to clean print head cleaning blade, may be also you can see a ink sticker, remove it, make sure cartridge print head is ok,let me know the resolve. GOOD LUCK !!!

Try printing out the test page from the printer, this will show you if any of the inkjet holes are getting plugged. If you can't print a test page without the skipping try changing the ink cartridge(s), the test page will show you which one is clogging.

Not printing right

You need to run an inkjet printer maybe once a week or so, depending on the relative humidity of its location. You need to do a head clean, maybe change your cartridges - again.
