Futura 100 Embroidery machine...Need to cancel previous transmit

Futura 100 Embroidery Sewing machine
My problem on the computer screen keeps saying" A transmition to machine is still pending. You must first cancel previous transmition to continue.
I have called the dealer and they tried with no success. We did a search and removed all futura listings then removed and re-installed the program for the Futura. Tried again and got the same message.
When I try to transmit from the computer to my machine, thats where the hang-up is with this message. I hope you can help!
Thanks, Jackie

The following steps must be followed for proper start-up protocol. If these steps are not followed precisely, you will get a “Transmission Pending” error message.
Boot up your computer, but do not open the Futura software. Next attach the embroidery unit to your sewing machine and connect the USB cable between your computer and sewing machine

  1. Turn on your sewing machine by setting the Power/Light switch to ( l ). Make sure the needle has been moved to the highest position by turning the Handwheel towards you.
  2. Attach the hoop that you plan to work with to your embroidery unit.
  3. Double click on the Futura Icon on your desktop, to open up the Futura Software.
  4. You are now ready to select and transmit a design to your machine
IMPORTANT: If you have embroidered using the small hoop, and you are now ready to use your large hoop. Turn off your machine, close the Futura software and then turn OFF your computer. Wait one minute, turn on your computer and then follow steps 1 through 4.

When trying to transmit a embroidery design to machine says there already one waiting how do you cancel the old one

Have you already transmitted a design and it has not finished? You can open several windows at one time, so it's possible that there is a pending transmission. If there isn't, I would close the program and then reopen it. That should have cleared out any previous designs that were transmitted in a session.

It says i must cancel previous transmission. How do I do that?

This happens every time I finish a design. First, close the software on your computer. Next, turn off the embroidery machine. Now unplug the USB cable from the machine and then from the back of your computer. Now reverse the progress. This will clear the "buffer" between your computer and the machine. It's a bit of a pain to do each time, but it does work.

Hot to stop a a previous transmition

If you don't have the transmission box up with the "Cancel" button up, then there's a few steps you have to take. First, close the software on your computer. Next, turn of the sewing machine. Unplug the USB cord both from the sewing machine and from the back of your PC. Now plug the USB back into the computer, then the sewing machine & turn the machine back on. Finally, reopen the software. This should clear the "buffer" between your computer and the machine of the pending transmission. I've had to do this every time I have a finished design before I can start a new one.

I have reinstalled the Future software, turned on and off machine, and done everything I can, but I continue to get an error saying there is a previous transmission and I need to cancel it. I have no way...

This happens every time I finish a design. I don't know if what I need to do will work for you, though, because I never tried to reinstall the software. Hopefully the extra step of the USB cable will do the trick for you. First, close the software on your computer. Next, turn off the embroidery machine. Now unplug the USB cable from the machine and then from the back of your computer. Now reverse the progress. This will clear the "buffer" between your computer and the machine. It's a bit of a pain to do each time, but it does work.

How do I delete a previous transmission to my embroidery attachment on my CE100 (Singer Futura)?

try resetting it, take the hoop out, turn the machine off, and then back on, or try detaching the embroidery unit, and then reattach it. I hope this helps :)
