Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Is there a way to reset my phone? the key pad does not respond
My phone (in a cotton phone bag) was very slightly damped by a spilled drink about 4 months ago. The keyboard immediately stopped working (only power button works). My friend told me to blow dry it, so I tried and it worked.
Just today, my keyboard stopped working again even though there was no further water damage (at least not to my knowledge), I used the blower dryer trick again. and it worked again. So ... you can give it a try.

If your phone has frozen and the keypad is not responding then simply remove the battery while the phone is on give it a couple of seconds and then replace it and turn it back on
Hope this helps
