Try to update the firmware of your printer. Just go to http://bit.ly/xuGIH6.
Also, perform a maintenance on the cartridges. To do that, on the control panel of your printer, Press on Setup > Maintenance > Deep Clean Printhead.
If the problem still exists, contact our technical support team to have the printhead replaced.
