i cant get your question correct. whether your phone is network locked or security locked.? if your phone is network locked then you need to unlock it. you can unlock your phone through many ways. you can use any software or hardware devices or you can unlock through codes. if you ask me the best way i would suggest you the codes method of unlocking. you can get the codes either from your service provider or from any other third party providers. getting a code from your service provider can be bought upto six months. if your phone is older then you can purchase the codes from this site. i got the codes from this site WickedUnlock.com since my phone is 1 yr old. you can try it if you need.

the default code is 0000 but if you can not remember it then take it to a mobile service center and have them reset the code for you.
