F09 means "overflow failure"
FA means that a leak has been detected.
Disconnect power and dry water from inside. While power is off you can also check the drain hose at the back. To verify that the problem is not siphoning caused by incorrect drain hose settings, restart the washer with the drain hose set down in a bucket on the floor and run a test cycle.
If that does not fix the problem, disconnect power again and check the drain filter housing connected to the drain pump. The drain filter is accessible from the bottom front, it should be located behind a trim panel. There is a protection cap that is removed rotating anticlockwise. Remove the cap and collect water in the drain system.
If still no luck, then the machine must be disassembled and parts must be tested.
Check hoses and inlet valve for internal leaks, check drain pump and pressure switch. Tucked in the control assembly there should be a tech sheet in an envelope with wiring diagrams and diagnostics.
Try first disconnecting power and inspecting the drain system, as explained above.
