Question about Skil 2362 02 7.2 Volt Lithium Ion Drill/Driver
I've had this tool for about 6 months. I've never had a problem with it until now. A friend told me I should not have left it in the charger, that it burned my battery. I went to Lowes and the salesman told me that should not have caused it to be dead. They told me to contact you. They don't know how to fix it. I don't know if the battery is the problem or not. I would hate to get a new battery and not have it work. Please advise. Judy
