Right click on the blue E for explorer. go to properties. go to the settings tab. reset defaults. also go to the software tab, and go to add ons and disable any that you didnt put yourself. go to start, go to run and type msconfig. go to the startup tab and take the check marks out of anything you arent familiar with and then restart. should fix it.

What OS is it using? Does it open webpages with a Ethernet Cable attached? Have you done ALL the Windows and Fujitsu Updates? Open Network and Sharing, what does it say? Connected to internet or Local only?
Go to Start > Search (Run in XP) and type cmd ENTER. In the command prompt type ipconfig /release ENTER. Then type ipconfig /renew ENTER. This just refreshes your IP. Test it. You should have an IP within the same scope as the others.
open internet explorer click on tools then goto internet options
then click the advanced tab go down to the reset button and reset internet explorer to the defaults.
then after that is completed close internet explorer and reopen internet explorer and see if the web page comes up.
HTTP Error 403 is an error message which means that you are not
authorized to view the web page which you are attempting to load.
Usually, the HTTP error 403 - Forbidden means that
access to the file/folder you are trying to open has been denied, either
on intention or owing to a configuration anomaly. You could attempt
using a proxy website if the access is blocked intentionally.
This can get kind of complicated, and your wireless carrier may block this depending on the data plan. It's also different for the MC7095 (CDMA) and MC7094 (GSM/GPRS) models. You may also want to see if your device BSP release is up-to-date.
Here is some basic info for the MC7095 (Sprint):
Device was not connected to network to start.
Went to Start, Programs, Internet Sharing, tapped Connect, showed Status: Check USB connection. Internet Sharing drivers were installed on laptop computer, then device displayed Internet Sharing Status "Connected". We were able to browse the web on the laptop computer. Closed out of Internet Sharing (tap X on upper right hand corner). On device, tapped Start, Internet Explorer, attempted to browse to a webpage. Able to browse on both laptop computer and MC7095 device.
Note: Attempted to Disconnect the Internet Sharing session, unable to. The device does not appear to respond to the "Disconnect" option on bottom left of screen. When tapping "Disconnect" the option light up as if being tapped however the device itself shows no other changes and Status still displays :Connected. ***FYI*** In testing with a different MC7095 (BSP33) we experienced the same issues with not being able to "Disconnect" the Internet Sharing session.
If you can see other web sites and it's just that one particular site you are having a problem with then it is most likely a fault of the site.
"cannot display webpage" is usually a sign that the site is either having data base problems or has exceded its bandwidth.
If you simply cannot get to the site then it maybe a problem with your security settings being set too high and Internet Explorer is blocking the site.
