Per their Support Website, try holding the Power Switch in the 'up' position (pushing to the On position) for at least 20 seconds - this will reset the device - do not know if it loses the content or perserves that. If your device is dead otherwise that is a moot point.

My Sansa Clip won't turn on even thought the battery is full.

Unfortunately there was a manufacturing flaw with many Sansa Clips which caused one of the battery leads to detach from the battery. A symptom of this is that the Clip will turn on and charge when connected to an external power source, such as USB or an AC adapter, but will not actually turn on using the internal power source (eg, the battery).

If your Clip is still under warranty, you should return it for a refund or an exchange.

Sansa Clip won't charge

Here's the thing, technically it doesn't need to be turned on because it's supposed to turn on by itself.

I've had a problem sort of like that. It might be the plug, but it also might be the computer. I'd either suggest try plugging it into another computer or getting a new plug.

It wont turn on!

If you were charging it with your USB cord, you have to keep the computer turned on the whole time it's charging, otherwise, it will be losing it's charge.

Won't turn on

What you need to do is first make sure that you are safely disconnecting your sansa clip and not just taking it off the computer. Second you may have a virus in your sansa clip I would prefer you call Technical Support for Sansa clips, the number is 1-866-726-3475, they are open 4am-10pm PST
or 7am-1am EST. Hope this helps
