Tv wont comes on - Toshiba Regza 46RV525U 46 in. LCD HDTV

We recommend you remove all HDMI cables from the TV then unplug the unit's power cord for 30 seconds. Then plug the power cord directly into the wall. If the problem persists we recommend you have the TV evaluated by an authorized service center.

Time for it to go to a shop--it is unlikely this brand/model will get fixed in the home.

red light flashing on bottom of tv and no picture

The blinking green lite that wont go off wont allow the tv to come on. We tried resetting the tv it doesn't work Also the tv has been off for days have to unplug from wall for couple days then replug and reset. It still doesn't work. Please help.

Does the outlet still work?
also, for safety sake, reset your circuit breaker.

Coming out with a silly thing here, have put pressed the TV button on the Hand Controller for it

TV fuse open /replace
If same proiblem fuse pop the power IC was shortage.

I think maybe the G-board needs to be replaced. A TV shop will have to repair it. They normally start around $200.00
