Just got off the phone with Magellan East (my guess is India as I had a hard time understanding them and said "What?" 20 or 30 times) to which they said that there is no way to reboot these systems. I updated to 2.20 and it froze my GPS. I have to send my unit back to them and they are sending me a refurbished one free. I am outside the warranty period according to them but have AAA, which gave me an extra year on warranty, so they are honoring it. Give them a call at 8007079971 to get this fixed.

you have to manually reload firmware, if you get the dvd I sell on ebay you should be able to run the update file to reload, this is if wince has not been damaged... search ebay for finedrive dvd.
