Replace That Junk Prossesor With An Intel Pentium And That Will Deffinetly Solve The Problem Unless An Intel Pentium Is Not Compatable With Your Current PC In Wich Case You Will Just Have To Replace The PC With A New PC!

kindly clean the ram and if there is more then 1 ram in motherboard removed that and try installing with single ram. also check the fan is working fine and .the heatsink in not too heat. chek the media cd also .

why not go with a faster MB and CPU combo? First to awnser your question yes the Pentuim 3.2 will fit the MB as long as yours is a 800 Mhz Bus speed. And the Board can be configured for the proper clock speed. I would also buy a new CPU fan and heatsink greese b4 you install this CPU. Thee are so many cheap CPU MB Combos out there its almost cheaper to just replace both and get a much faster system.

So, if the motherboard is "cool enough", the speed of the fan will be reduced to "zero".
Sometimes, a motherboard can enter "standby" mode.
This mode consumes only a small amount of power;
and the fan will be stopped, because the cooling it provides is not needed.
