What Robert means is "CMOS" battery. It is the round, flat battery that is typically a CR2032 cell.

You can try resetting the BIOS by unplugging the server and open the case to get to the mother board ,once into the MB look for the Bios battery and take it out , once out hit the power button this will discharge any power stored on the MB , After you have done this re install the battery close up the server plug in the power supply and try to sccess the BIOS.
