Check the speaker/s first. If found OK, check and replace damaged component/s at its audio output stage circuit. Check all the soldering terminals at this stage circuit, for any loose solder terminals. Re-solder all the suspected solder terminals, by applying a little more solder. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Check the site in 'Mosaic' view. It will make search easy.

Tv problem

It is sometimes possible to message a dead pixel back to life by rubbing the surface of the screen where the dead pixel is with a soft cloth. I have heard reports of it working, but would not recommend it. Also the length of time it lasts is indefinite.

I am trying to install an HP 7460 wireless printer to my HP cpu via a linksys router. My password for the router is 7 letters, and the printer says it has to be 8 letters. How do I change the router...

When accessing the router’s web-based setup page, a log-in screen will appear asking for the router’s password. The router’s default password is “admin.” You should change the password for security purposes.
The router’s password must be changed to:

  • Enable Remote Management.
The router’s IP password can be changed by:
  • Running the router’s setup CD.

Changing the Router’s Password
Step 1:
Access the router’s web-based setup page.
NOTE: If you are using Mac to access the router's web-based setup page.
Step 2:
When the router’s web-based setup page appears, click Administration.
Step 3:
Enter the new password on the Password and Re-enter to confirm fields.
