Washer will just fill to the lower level for a small load when i put on large load it still fills to lower level and starts to wash as usual. Only probolem is the water level every thing else works fine

water level is controlled by a pressure switch that is connected to the lower part of the tub-it may be clogged-pull off the small rubber hose that is connected to the water level control knob-make sure the fitting on the tub is clear and the hose is clear-take the hose off both ends and blow through the end that connects to the control-cheers Denny

How remove handle for water ridge farcet nsf 61/9

On a water ridge kitchen faucet, there is a brass fitting that the water supply hose going to the faucet you pull out connects to under the sink, on that fitting youll find a small screw loosen it up, pull the fitting off , also loosen the other screw and disconnect the hose, now look inside the fitting there is some plastic junk ( not sure what its for) get a screw driver and a hammer and bash it out(not to hard) then put it back together. good to go, full pressure!! worked on mine and has for 2yrs.

My frigidaire front load washer will not consistently spin the water out of the clothes.

The pump is electric. The rubber hose going down to it has a coin catching cup in it. If you remove the small hoses it will be a ***** to get them back on. Your mission will be to remove items from coin cup and put her back together WITHOUT disturbing the smaller hoses that come from tub.

Change fuel filter

Remove the screw from the metal bracket that is holding the fuel filter. It is located right below the battery to the right. To get the quick connect fuel line fittings off. YOU WILL NEED A DISCONNECT TOOL. O'Reillys or Auto Zone should have the tool pack of (6) The small gray one fits the 2001 Sportage. Put the plastic tool under the fuel line fitting and squeeze together. The fuel line will pop off the old filter. To remove the rear fuel line, go under the vehicle and use the tool on the fuel line. There is a rubber hose with 2 quick connect fittings. One end attaches to the filter and the other end attaches to a metal fuel line under vehicle. Remove the fitting that attaches to the metal line since there is no room on the back of filter for the tool to fit. Once you get the whole assembly out of the car.... you can work on getting the fitting off the rear of the old filter. Be very careful not to damage the plastic quick connect fittings! KEEP YOUR FACE CLEAR OF THE FILTER A SMALL AMOUNT OF GAS WILL COME OUT!!!!!

Vacuum keeps spitting dirt back out. will not **** up the dirt

Check the hose for clogs. This problem is generally caused by the power nozzle brush running, but there's no suction to pick up what it sweeps to the hose, so debris just keeps getting scattered.
Disconnect both ends of hose. Drop a marble or similar small item down one end of hose and lift hose until the item comes out other end. If it doesn't, there's a clog. You can try to clear it by connecting the hose to the exhaust port, sticking other end in a plastic garbage bag, and turning on vacuum. That should clear it.
If the marble does roll out, another possibility is a leaky hose, one with cracks, holes, and similar things that would cause a leak.
There are other things that could cause a loss of suction, but these are the most common.
A bad switch is also possible, but less likely.

My heater in my chev beretta goes on and off when it wants could there be a easy fix to this

may just be a vacuum leak. best way to find out is start the car and pop the hood, you may hear a hissing sound, this would be a leaking vacuum hose or fitting. If you do not hear hissing, start with the top of the valve cover. There should be a rubber hose that goes to the brake booster, that is a major vacuum hose, start there and trace every vacuum line you see to the end....vacuum lines are mostly small hard plastic hoses, with cheap little rubber fittings, a lot of times these fittings dry rot and leak, causing the heat not to blow, cruise control not to work, bad oil pressure....you get the point, vacuum leaks are a PITA! but very important....my jeep did the same thing. All the sudden it stopped working all together. A vacuum hose had completely come apart. I spliced it together and it works like a dream....

good luck, hope this helps....

These are the parts-Tank,tray,brush roll, brushroll housing, belt, hose, foam screen(small, quarter sized plastic screen)large foam air filter,(should be on the air inlet at tank).

Starting with brushroll, install belt over brushroll, and place brushroll in the trayInstall the brushroll housing over the top of tray..Looking thru the back, turn the belt lifter knob until the hook inside picks up the belt.Raise the height adjuster on the Kirby all the way up.Attach the entire assembly to the front of maching, and lock it on.Now turn the belt lifter clockwise until the belt drops onto shaft.Snap the elbow end of hose to tray. Before attaching the other end of hose to tank, make sure the foam screen is fitted onto the small outlet at tank, then install hose.Note:Sometimes the screen will be in the tank end of hose allready.Without this screen, you wont get foam, only solution.Make sure the foam air filter is installed in the large opening at the tank,or dirt will get into tank, clogging it.Install the tank to the blower side of machine. You should be ready to go.Lower the height adjustment all the way down.

Overfilling

Have you checked the pressure switch to ensure the rubber air hose is still attached? It is common for the air hose to come loose, or develop a small hole or crack and give the same symptoms. This may save you from having to purchase a new switch. On your model washer, the switch will be located behind the load level selector knob behind the front panel. To access, follow these steps:

1. UNPLUG the unit. There are still dangerous voltages behind the front panel with the unit shut off.
2. Remove the small panel that is angled above the washer lid and just below the operator panel.
3. Remove the cover plate under the panel by removing the series of screws holding it in place.
4. At the bottom edge on each side of the operator panel is a small screw. Remove these screws and the panel should lift up slightly, then come off, exposing the components behind it.

Look for a clear rubber hose. It should be attached to the pressure switch on a small air fitting. If not, reattach the hose and place a small zip tie around it at the point where the hose fits over the air fitting. DO NOT over-tighten, as you can break the air fitting on the switch. Just make the zip tie snug enough to keep the air hose from coming loose again.

If the air hose is in place, inspect the entire length of hose for cracks or holes. If you find any holes, I would recommend replacing the hose instead of trying to seal it. That way you avoid the possiblity of tape or sealant leaking and causing the unexpected overflow again. You can find air hose at most hardware or automotive repair stores.

If the air hose doesn't seem to be your problem, check to make sure all the electric connections are attached and making good contact on the switch. If you check all the preliminary items and everything checks good, then you may assume a pressure switch malfunction. A replacement can be found at searspartsdirect.com under the "Control Panel" heading as item number 5 (part number 134493500). I hope you find this information helpful. Let me know if you require addtional assistance.

is washer running over or just never filling? if running over suspect small hose to water level switch kinked off or a hole in it..if never filling suspect drain hose too low or no air gap between drain hose and stand pipe hose must catch air to break siphon
