Check the "Feed Switch" button on the control panel (below the ON/OFF button) to be sure the green light at the back of the picture is lit. If not, try pushing the button and then printing again. It worked for me and it was so simple!

How long have you owned the printer. How long have you had this problem? Is the paper old? Sometimes storage of the paper causes humidity and can cause this problem. You might want to try newer paper or clean the rollers with some alcohol on a rag/cloth. If you need any other assistance let me know. If you have a moment to accept and rate my solution I would greatly appreciate it.

If turning the printer off and on doesn't help, high probability it's bound for service because pulling the jammed paper out by force might damage the paper sensor.
