SOURCE: threading the bobbin
It could also be the tension of the thread while you are threading the needle through the upper system. Keep a slight tension on that thread while doing it. Otherwise, make sure that the bobbin thread is 'coming' from the right position on the spindle.

SOURCE: Threading a Bernina 900
Place the thread spool on one of the two thread guides. Bring the thread across to the notch on top of the machine guide it to the left and down the front of the machine. Directly under that threader close to the needle wrap it down under and go back to the top right to left then go to the top lever in the up position use your wheel to the right , wrap from right to left going down and threading. Wrapping just means placing around. Now for the bobbin. take casing out wit bobbin thread counter clockwise place in casing and release handle of casing put in machine making sue it is locked in. THen go fishing.

Try changing the needle again. I have had some cause me trouble even if new. And make sure the bobbin is in the right way.

If the needle has simply ceased to go up and down, I'm afraid that it is an internal component that has come loose or broken. This is not something that a DIYer should attempt to repair.
The internal workings of Bernina machines are at minimum complex finely tuned machines.
I am an experienced handy man and there isn't much that I'm afraid of tearing into. I must admit that I cringe at the thought of my Mom calling me needing one of her her sewing machine worked on. She has about 5 different ones. From an old black Singer to a new Pfaff computerised unit that does it all.I am sorry, but it is best if you have a service center do this repair. As the machine is under warranty, they would be able to repair it without any charge.
Let me know,if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

First I would replace the needle. Next, completely rethread the machine, making sure the thread is passing through the take-up lever. Next, remove the bobbin and reinsert it. This is a good time to also give the machine a quick cleaning, in case lint or thread is building up anywhere. Then try sewing again on scrap fabric and adjust your tension.
I hope this helps!
