What is the gap supposed to be between the flywheel and the ignition coil on a Husqvarna YTH20K46 Ride-On mower?

Put a business card between them and push coil up against card. Tighten screws or bolts. Remove business card. This is the best way without a gauge. PS Proper name is magneto not ignition coil. FYI :-)

Husqvarna 435 chainsaw starts easy and revs up fine. Hold it wide open and has uneven miss. Changed spark plug and cleaned carb. New saw, 1 tank of gas. Also checked seals. Any Ideas

Have you checked the timing gap between the flywheel and ignition module.? If its a NEW saw it should be covered under warranty, take it back to where you got it from and get them to fix it. Are you running it with Husqvarnas bluey green oil.?? That's the first thing your dealer will recommend you use.

How do I adjust the air gap on aignition coil on a husqvarna 240 chainsaw

Use an air gap tool. Clean the area where the coil mounts on the engine with emory cloth to make sure you get a good ground. install the coil and lightly tighten screws (just over finger tight) slide in the air gap tool and align the coil, make sure both legs of the coil are even on the tool. Snug the screws and recheck the gap.

It's about Husqvarna 345 chainsaw. I would like to know the resistance value between spark plug wire and blue wire from ignition coil, and between spark plug wire and the ground and finally resistance...

The easiest way to test is on the machine. Remove the ignition switch wire from the module coil. Check the pole gaps of the module by inserting a thin business card into the gaps after turning the flywheel magnets under the module. Loosen the module mounting screws to allow the module to contact the magnets, tighten the screws, and turn the flywheel slightly to release the card. Turn the flywheel one full turn to make sure the gaps don't close up further. Use a fresh spark plug gapped at 0.020" and try for spark. If nothing, replace the module. This gets around measuring resistances while trying to evaluate the module. Hope this helps!

Remove the spark plug and check for blue, snappy spark. If nothing, try a new plug--set gap at 0.020". If still nothing and machine is still under warranty, take it back to your dealer for free repair. The problem could be the ignition switch or the ignition module. Hope this helps!
