This is an indicator of a dead / undercharged battery.
Voltage on a battery should be close to 13volts, But the cranking amps are most important during cold winter months.
Have the battery tested. Most Auto shops will test your battery Free.

battory is bad it runs fine just altoter is runing so buy a battory and it should work fine

I doubt it is anything other than the iac valve or the computer.
You could unplug the iac and see what it does, the throttle cable could be hanging up in the car too.
