Question about Kenmore Washing Machines
It seems to me that the four shocks are not doing there job,but have no reference to verify or compare with
Try leveling it. First, put a level on top of it. Adjust one of the two front feet until it is balanced. (The front feet screw up and down.) Be sure you level it in place; don't move it out of the spot where you will use it.

unfortunetly this is common , these new frontloads spin fast even with no pedestal these things move...
make sure the locking nuts for the legs on the pedestal are screwed securely up to frame on pedestal, also could be a floor issue depending on where it is, slooping or not solid floor.

have you tightened the jamb nuts on the legs after leveling the machine so they can't move from where you set them initially when you leveled the unit?

Check your front and rear counter-weights. They are made of concrete and start to chip away. More so the rear than the front. When you open it up look on the base and see if you have chips or chunks of concrete. I had that problem as well - also make sure you spray lube inside, check your "Spider" wheel, and belt.

Check the Vibration damper rods to be sure that...
1. They are there and mount is solid.
2. If they are broken in 1/2.
3. The plastic knuckle mounts are not missing/broken.
4. There is oil in the shock absorber/spring section of the rods.
Also - there are suspension springs on the bottom of the tub that could be broken and/or missing.
Replace/repair as necessary.
