Won"t drain

Check the pump to see if you have any obstructions in it and also check the drain line. Does it spin and not drain or just don't drain?

Whirlpool washing machine won`t spin or pump out

if youre handy with tools , check out the DRAIN MOTOR PUMP , usually located at the bottom on a side of the washer , it could be clogged with lint or debris , need to open washer , remove the DRAIN MOTOR , inspect inside to remove and clean it , be ready with rags , theres a lot of water that will come out once you remove it . good luck AJ
