The screen is made of plastic. It should be cleaned only with water and a damp cloth. The mirror inside the set however may be cleaned with glass cleaner, carefully as not to drip any on the boards as it will corrode connections. And the internal lenses themselves are made of various materials and typically clean well with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

My hp Photosmart 7450 printer was working, then in the middle of printing it stopped and there is an error message on my computer, the green light is blinking on printer but won't print

First things first... try connecting your printer to another pc or laptop and try printing... make sure spooling is on in the driver and there are no other programs running...

if issue reappears then

It sounds like your printer cartridges are the issue

I would try reinstalling them...

if that does not work then

I would try cleaning your printer cartridge...

Gather cleaning supplies:
Clean distilled water. Use bottled or filtered water if distilled water is not available.
Clean cotton swabs or any soft, lint-free material (coffee filters work well).
Remove both cartridges.
Unplug the printer.
Lightly moisten the lint-free cleaning material with clean water.
Clean the cartridge contacts. Avoid touching the nozzles. Replace the cleaning material if it gets dirty.

If that does not work then I would try ordering some new cartridges

Can I clean my ViewSonic LCD Monitor (VE510b) with water (using cloth)? Please tell me easy procedure of cleaning my ViewSonic LCD Monitor screen. email: amdesh1@gmail.com

Hi

Time Required:
Cleaning a flat screen (LCD) monitor usually takes less than 5 minutes Here's How:
  1. Turn off the monitor. If the screen is dark, it will be easier to see the areas that are dirty or oily.
  2. Use a dry, soft cloth and very gently wipe the screen. A great choice would be the microfiber type of cloth used to clean eyeglasses.
See Tip #1 below for kinds of cloths to avoid.
  3. If the dry cloth did not completely remove the dirt or oil, do not press harder in an attempt to scrub it off.
Pushing directly on the LCD screen can often cause pixels to burn out.
  4. If necessary, dampen the cloth with distilled water or with an equal ratio of distilled water to white vinegar.
Many companies also sell small spray bottles of special cleaner for flat screen monitors but the vinegar mixture is usually just as effective.
See Tip #2 below for products to avoid.
  5. The plastic edge that surrounds the screen can be cleaned with any multipurpose cleaner but take care to avoid contact with the screen itself.
Tips:
  1. Avoid using paper towels, toilet paper, tissue paper, or something like your shirt to wipe the LCD screen. These non-ultrasoft materials can scratch the screen.
  2. Avoid cleaning products that contain ammonia, ethyl alcohol, acetone, toluene, ethyl acid, or methyl chloride. These chemicals can react with the materials that the LCD screen is made of which could yellow the screen or cause other kinds of damage.
  3. Never spray liquid directly on the LCD screen or it could run inside the monitor and cause damage.

Picture is dark, appears to need either cleaning, some sort of adjustment or both.

Some projection tvs have three picture tubes called CRT, this crt system requires a little manintenence every once in awhile, lens and mirror cleaning as well as projection screen cleaning, there are other procedures that have to be ran sometimes to return the picture to a regular viewable level. With the projector type of TV, there is usually the light box , mirror and screen maintenence, these procedures should be done at least once a year and only requires a minimum of materials and time, and there are other parts and procedures that can bring the picture to normal viewing levels.

Hello, i got toshiba 7660 photocopier. It keeps showing 'adding toner in process' on the screen, and throwing the developer into the waste toner container.

The drum ground circuit is defective, this allows excess charge to build up on the drum surface and "pull" developer material through the cleaning system. This circuit needs to be troubleshot and then replace developer material with fresh devo, then run AT (auto toner)
Also, would recomend cleaning out Drum Cleaning Unit, otherwise the drum will be scratched from devo against drum blade/drum.
