If Windstream accepts bill pay online you will need to go online to your bank and set up BILLPAY. You will need to have your account number, etc. and input the date the payment is due. You will still need to login to your account monthly when time to pay the bill. Even after this is setup the bank will not automatically pay without you telling it to send on a certain date. Just call your bank if you need further help. They are always willing and very helpful.

Hello 1115, For a cell phone, dial 611, or *611 and send, an automated system should guide you to your billing information. Also, most cell providers will allow you to access your account online, you'll have to find their site and set up your account and login information. For a land line, call the phone company during their billing center hours of operation. Good luck.
