Hi, this could be a factory fault, where the capacitors are still holding current after shut off. It would be best to check the warranty and return the item asap. Good luck.

You're start/pause button should pause the cycle, cancell should completely cancell. After pressing the Start/Pause within a cycle, the door lock may require time to unlock as indicated by the lock light on the panel.
you have to evacuate all the water. there should be a stop cycle position or button maybe press the start button twice, i am not sure on this model . the macine will then pump out the water and stop after a minute or sothe door should unlock. if the water is still in the machine it will stay locked.
This would suggest that
the lock is getting a signal from the control board telling it to stay
locked, which would explain why the "spin light" is on as the control
board does believes the cycle has not finished its in your signal board sorry
d sounds as if your having a timer issue here. not recognizing the end of cycle and entering a new one ( bad timer).. as far as time of unlocking this is normal, theres a wax motor holding the door shut for i believe 3 min's.. and the water sloshing sounds is also normal they use a "water filled" balance ring around the perimeter of tub to help with the overall balance of machine
I don't know specifically about your machine but I think the problem is with the door lock. Again, on most machines with a shakeout it can go on and on until the door unlocks. Does your machine have a door UNLOCKING solenoid or does the door lock just lose power at the end of the cycle. It may be that you just have a very weak solenoid to unlock the door.
