Brought a uvu bulb from dealson line had to send it backit came smashed sent back on the 14th april cannot get eny response from them how do i claim the postage and bulb money back not answering my emails
All you need to do is go into your paypal account and raise a dispute outlining what's happened, what you've done to resolve it and they'll take it from there.

you need to verify you bank account to be able to send money... paypal will send a small amount of money into your bank with a reference against it.. you will need to key this reference number back into paypal to authorise the bank account.
if you have online banking you should be able to do this in a few minutes. if you dont have online banking you will have to wait until you bank statements are sent to you.

Some Paypal payments are "Pending". Go to your Paypal page and look at "Payments Received" then click on "Details" where you see that specific transaction and it will tell you when you can expect that payment; usually 3-5 business days.

login in paypal with your son id "jfm7@hotmail,com" and then create in his account your local asccount then transfer your money to your account simple/

Log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim.
Other than that you might need to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266
6.00 to 22.00 AEST/AEDT to resolve the problem
or you might contact your Bank regarding this.
