Your phone generally has 2 phone codes. A sim code and then a phone code. If your phone has not had code entered too many times.you may be able to get the phone unlock code from your provider. It could be permanently locked and then it is bricked.
Restriction code is used to Unlock Nokia 7270 from network lock. But Other codes are there like PUK,PUK2 Codes ,Security code they are used to protect the Phone and Sim ...Puk code can be get from service provider and PUK2 also get from the service provider..These are security lock for Sim ...You can Use the Restriction code to Unlock it from network lock.Get the code from service provider or from Online sites. You can get Restriction code easily here Prounlocking.com/unlock-your-phone/rs8wp2/ But service provider ask to wait for some days or may be months.Default security codes are 12345 or 1234 or 0000 or 00000 ...If these code not works get the master reset code from the site itself and reset it.
For PUK codes, you can attempt 10x to enter the PUK codes in your phone. Once you enter incorrect PUK codes 10x,you'll recieve PUK blocked then what you need is to enter the PUK2. Make sure that you will enter the PUK2 correctly because if you enter incorrect PUK codes 10x,you'll recieve PUK BLOCKED error again. This time, you need to ask your service provider for SIM replacement.
Sorry Sir, unfortunately the PUK Code is a type of Protective Network Code which can't be obtained elsewhere other than the Network Provider. The PUK Code is Sim-related and thus Network-related. You can easily get the Code from the Service Provider. They will surely give you after full verification.
Have a nice day.
