Can hear the grinder and brewing unit run but only hot water comes out

Have you completely opened and cleaned the entire unit yet? I sounds like your coffee is not passing from the grinding area to the basket; so when the brew cycle starts, it is just running the hot water over an empty grounds basket.
Make sure that the unit is unplugged before cleaning it.

Why does coffee come out while pouring in water its a bunn 10 cup coffee maker

The Bunn has a little stopper that closes the water drain port in the reservoir while the lid is open. You can see a little white plastic pin protruding up out of the grate with the lid open. When you close the lid, it pushes on that pin which causes the stopper to lift off the drain port, allowing the water in the reservoir to enter the heating tank.

If water is entering the coffee basket BEFORE the lid is closed, then something is wrong with that little stopper. It may have a chunk of debris on it preventing it from sealing, or it may be deteriorated, torn, disconnected, etc.

Only way to know is to remove the the screws in the grate and pull the top off exposing the reservoir, and the stopper assembly. The little plastic flapper disc should be seated in the reservoir drain port. It should be relatively flat (not wrinkled) and covering the drain port completely. Test it by pouring some water into the reservoir. If it drains out without you activating the stopper, then a repair is needed.

Move the lever up and down and check its operation. The arm must move freely and close when released. There should be no dirt or debris on the sealing surface of the flapper nor on the sealing surface of the drain port. Gently clean with vinegar as necessary. If the seal is damaged, then a replacement is required.

How to brew coffee

USING YOUR PERCOLATOR
1.Wash the Percolator thoroughly before using for the first time.
(See "Cleaning Instructions" section in this manual.)

2.Remove Cover, Basket, Spreader and Pump Tube. Use cold, fresh
tap water to fill Percolator. Fill according to markings on inside
of Percolator for number of cups desired. Use cold tap water -
the automatic brewing cycle is timed to begin with a cold
water start.
NOTE: The bottom of the Pump Tube Spring marks the maximum
capacity of the Percolator.

3.Wet Coffee Basket to help keep small particles of coffee from sift-
ing through. Place Basket on Pump Tube. Add desired amount of
regular or percolator grind coffee to Basket.

4.Place Pump Tube with Basket into Percolator so bottom of tube is
set into Center Well. Place Spreader on top of Basket and snap
Cover onto Percolator. Attach cord to Percolator and plug into
standard household 120 volt AC wall outlet. Brewing begins
within seconds and continues at a cup-a-minute speed

5.When coffee brewing is complete, percolating will stop. The
Percolator automatically switches to "KEEP WARM" setting to
preserve fresh-tasting coffee at hot, ready-to-serve temperature.
For best flavor, remove Coffee Basket, Spreader and Pump Tube
when brewing is completed.

Will not process the water to make coffee

the coffe maker might be clogged up so here' what to do: Look through the clear plastic panel on the side of the coffee maker's water tank to make sure that it has water in it.
  • Clean your Sunbeam coffee maker, You can wash the removable filter basket and carafe in hot, soapy water and pour 4 cups of white vinegar into the water reservoir of your coffee maker. Start the brewing cycle with no coffee grounds to allow the vinegar to clean the inside of the coffee maker. Rinse away the vinegar by running the brewing cycle twice with only clean, fresh water.
  • 8 Check the removable filter basket to see if the filter has collapsed if you find coffee grounds in your brewed coffee. If the paper filters collapse often you can wet them before you place them inside the filter basket so that they will stick to the basket and stay in place. or check this link because it might need a new hose. Keurig coffee maker is on, lights lit, machine said it is brewing but no water is coming out

Even though the light is on, this does not mean the element that heats the water is working. After you fill the machine with COLD water, and the light has been on for a few minutes, unplug the machine and dump the water out into a bowl. Carefully, feel the water. Is it hot? OR just warm? Or still cold? If it is warm, the element is not heating properly. If it is cold, the element is NOT working. If the water is HOT, then perhaps the tube from the water storage reservoir to the brewing basket is clogged. If that tube is clogged, it needs to be removed from the machine and cleaned out. If the element is not working, or heating the eater hot enough, that element needs replacement. Chances are, the replacement cost/cost of repair would be more then a new coffee maker.

How do I make coffee with a Grindmaster Pourover Coffee maker?

    COFFEE PREPARATION PROCEDURES
    1) Place filter into brew basket.
    2) Put the proper amount of coffee into the filter.
    3) Slide the brew basket into holder.
    4) Place empty decanter on warmer located directly under the brew basket and turn corresponding warmer switch ON.
    5) Pour decanter of fresh water through pour-in opening at top of brewer.
    6) Hot water will be delivered through the sprayhead. This distributes the hot water evenly over the coffee bed within the brew basket. The coffee will drain from brew basket into the container below.
    7) Red light indicates warmer is ON.
    8) Before brewing next pot, remove brew basket from brew rails and dump filter into waste basket.

I got a Cuisinart coffee maker DCC 1400C for a wedding present, worked fine, then all of a sudden STOPPED. I did the self clean, and that worked fine, the brew setting doesn't. The water doesn't go...

Unplug for 20 minutes or longer to reset. Make sure the lid is on the caraffe, or the brew basket will be stuck in the closed position. If the water still won't go through, consider ordering a new brew basket, because yours might have a faulty spring.

My dad gave me his Mr. Coffee Ice Tea Maker, but I have no instructions on how to use it. Can you please help?

Specifics may have changed for newer models -- we've had ours and used it happily for many years -- but the basics are simple.
    (1) Fill the pitcher with water up to the "water" line and pour that water into the top of the appliance.
    (2) Fill the pitcher with ice up to the "ice" line.
    (3) Place a coffee filter and a family-sized tea bag into the top of the brew/steep basket and put the cover on that basket.
    (4) Put the brew/steep basket on top of the pitcher.
    (5) Slide the pitcher next to the appliance, such that the hot water exit port on the side of the appliance lines up with the entry port on the brew/steep basket.
    (6) Press the "on" switch on the front of the appliance and wait for the tea to brew.
    (7) When the brewing/steeping process is over, the appliance turns itself off.  Replace the brew/steep basket with the pitcher lid for pouring and storage.  Discard the tea bag and coffee filter, and rinse the brew/steep basket.
    (8) Enjoy your tea!

Directions on how to use my Black and Decker Espresso Mio coffee maker

Be sure the red rubber gasket is in place and clean (ridge side in) and bottom water cup is screwed firmly on to avoid leaking.
    HOW TO USE:
    1) Fill the bottom water cup with cold water up to the inside lip.
    2) Set funnel into bottom water cup
    3) Fill coffee basket with expresso grind coffee and level off. (Do not tamp or pack). Make sure it's filled to the top.
    4) Place filter onto coffee basket and set coffee basket into funnel
    5) Place brewer over bottom water cup and screw firmly into place.
    6) Place unit with lid in the center of a microwave oven set on high for 1-1/2 minutes. If boil over occurs, reduce the brew time in 10-second increments until no boil over occurs.
    7) Grasp handle to remove unit from microwave when finished brewing.
    8) Remove lid and check the level of espresso in the brewer cup. Standard brew is at least 2 oz. If you don't have this level brew, replace lid and microwave on high another 10 seconds. Wait 20-30 seconds for bubbling to stop.
    CLEANING/ADDITIONAL BREWING:
    1. Under cold running water, unscrew the bottom water cup. CAUTION: It is normal for some water to be left in the bottom water cup. Both the coffee basket and any water in the bottom water cup will be extremely hot! If you prefer, allow the unit to cool for at least 3 minutes before unscrewing it.
    2) To brew additional espresso, rinse Funnel, coffee basket and filter, then repeat brewing steps 1-8 above.
    3) Parts are top rack dishwasher-safe -- hand washing filter is recommended.
