I have no quick answer here. Just some thoughts. 1) The program works only with a specific range of Internet Explorer versions and, as far as I know, that does not include the current IE. Didn't this programs stop accessing histories past IE version 8? 2) Format your file type? Huh? Does that mean the file type you are going to make a report in or the type of files you are searching through? The answer to that may be related to why it can't find the index file. 3) I gather noone has deleted the index.dat file (using something like CCleaner); SwiftSearch could find it for you. 4) Wouldn't hurt to install IECacheView for Internet Explorer and take a peek. 5) Documents and Settings? I's not sure what your OS is, but in XP, you could drill down to Documents and Settings on the C Drive in Explorer. Not having your program installed, I don't know if you have a browse option to drill to that or if you really have to type Documents and Settings. It would seem an absurb coincidence that the program would use some file name that is also such a prime area in the C Drive directory and not be trying to tap that. Well, I don't have the answer for you but maybe something I have said will be the clue you need.

Want history of all sites visited

In most browsers you can simply use CTRL + H (for history) to access your browsers history (since it was last cleared). If you use multiple browsers you will need to check all browsers.
If you want to consolidate the history for all browsers the solution is not so easy. All browsers use a different internal format. You can try this free program called Web Historian to produce an Excel spreadsheet from all of your browsing history:

Is it true that Presidents Hoover, Truman & Esenhauer deported million illegal immigrants?

Try Google for these kind of questions. In our western world these things in history, will be found if they are true. But be aware not everything on the web is true. Not the opinion, or it is true, because I heard so is the truth. History can be changed, but there will be scientific evidence if it really happened.
It looks to me as a rumour, but you are free to investigate this.
Don't believe what I say. investigate!!

How to remove google history?

Internet privacy is a growing concern for most users. Major Web browsers, websites and operating systems all implement policies and functions to let you take control of your private information. Google search keeps track of the searches you perform using Google main page. If you have a Google ID, this search history follows you from one computer or device to another. Google also includes a function to clear your search history whenever you want. Open your preferred Web browser and go to Google's website. Sign in if necessary. Click your name in the top right corner. Click the "Privacy" option in the menu that appears. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click the "Sign into Dashboard" button. Enter you password when prompted. Scroll down to the "Web History" section. Click the "Remove items or clear Web History" link. Click the "Remove all Web History" button. Confirm that you want to delete you Web History. Hope this helps.
