It is really simple, go to settings, connectivity(6 down), then hit bluetooth, then activation on, then go back to the the display were it says Activation, My devices, My phones Visibility, Ect. And go to My Phones Visibility and make sure it is visible, then go back to the page with all the bluetooth stuff, and go to my devices, and search for new devices and it will search and you should see your freinds phone if they are next to you. and i got to go eat thanksgiving dinner so if you cant figure the rest out e-mail me at

My bluetooth isn't windose is 7...when i turn bluetooth of my cellphone and my laptob my cellphone found it but the laptob bluetooth couldn't find it.

Hello, the reason your laptop cannot find your cellphone is becaus the cellphone's bluetooth is not in discovery mode. You will need to put the cellphone into discovery mode. To do that, open your bluetooth settings, and choose discovery mode or something like that. Then have the laptop look for new devices.

It's charged. My phone said it was connected. Not connected. I disabled the bluetooth, and tried to "re-find" it. My cell phone can't find it

First you need to pair your bluetooth with your cellphone. Go to your cellphones manual and look on how to pair it with a bluetooth. You would need the passcode for pairing, after that then you connect your bluetooth to your phone. Sometimes it depends also on what kind of cellphone you have. Some older model of cellphones are not compatible with the newer bluetooth. Let me know if this works.

I want to transfer my files from pc to mobile via bluetooth

If you want to transfer files from pc to the mobile device. Make sure the pc has a bluetooth turn on. Most of the laptops have a built in bluetooh , but for desktop computers you need to purchase a bluetooth adapter.
Once you have the bluetooh turn ON on your computer. Turn on the bluetooh on your mobile device.

From your computer. Right click on the file that you want to transfer and select send to bluetooth. Click on search for bluetooth device and then select the name of your cellphone ( or name you assigned for the bluetooth on your cellphone)Once you click the name, just go next . You will get a message saying accept bluetooh file on your cellphone, just accept the file and your done.

Bluetooth is not working...

make sure that all your bluetooth drivers is installed. you can do two way test. first is, have you laptop detect any bluetooth device that you have there e.g cellphone. if laptop was able to detect your cellphone then theres is no problem with your laptop. second is, let your bluetooth cellphone detect your bluetooth laptop. if cellphone was unable to detect your bluetooth laptop then we have issue here on your laptop.

Get laptop to see ATT V521 bluetooth headset

I think you need to "unpair" the headset from the phone. Try turning off the bluetooth head set, and then deleting the headset from the list bluetooth devices on your cellphone. Then turn the head set back on, and once it discovers that it cannot connect to the cellphone, it will become "discoverable" again.
