That error signifies a defective fuser unit. Replace fuser, part number 126K24980.

Xerox WorkCentre M128 hard reset


Yes! what you will need to do is...

Hold down the [0] for 7 seconds and press [start] without releasing the [0]
you will be prompted for a password. enter [6789] and press confirm
select system settings followed by administrator log in/set up and change the password back to [11111]

Try removing the fuser and re installing it.
If that doesnt work then the fuser is bad.

Error code 010-320 for workcentre 5222


That is a fuser heat roll over temperature.
You will need to replace the fuser module .
